About Libation Nation
The Libation Nation is an online community for food and drink connoisseurs who like to stay connected and celebrate responsibly. Libation Nation is a division of Toronto’s Festival of Beer and is owned and operated by Beerlicious Inc.
The Libation Nation New is an insider e-newsletter issued free to Libation Nation members.
By becoming a Libation Nation member you can expect to receive one issue a month. For any contests entered, winners will be announced via email. Winners will be contacted via telephone to answer a mathematical skill-testing question. Question must be answered correctly in order to obtain prize. Your answers and personal information will be held in strict confidence, and our subscription list is not sold or shared. Although our direct marketing may include offers from third parties, your personal information is not provided to these third parties. Insiders may cancel their free subscription by sending an email to customerservice@libationnation.ca.

Age of Majority
Libation Nation and the Libation Nation News partners have no intention of collecting personal information from individuals under the age of majority. Where possible, we instruct minors not to provide such information to us and our survey will not permit participation by anyone under the age of majority, within their given province from participating. If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, please send an email request to customerservice@libationnation.ca in order to have the information removed from our records.

Libation Nation collects information about you if you participate in any survey, contest or promotion. The information collected may include your name, address, email address, date of birth and facts relevant to the contest or promotional participation.

Libation Nation uses your personal information for one or more of the following purposes: (1) identify who you are; (2) to contact and correspond with you; (3) improve the content of Libation Nation News; (4) at an aggregate level, to improve Beerlicious Inc. offerings to enhance the consumer experience and to assess strategic initiatives; (5) to confirm eligibility for contests and to award prizes; (6) notify consumers of updates or event information; (7) contact consumers for marketing purposes; or (8) improve our events or services.

Libation Nation may disclose your personal information to third parties who administer contests, promotions and on-line activities on its behalf. Libation Nation must provide your personal information in response to a search warrant or other legally valid enquiry or order, or to an investigative body in the case of a breach of an agreement or contravention of law, or as otherwise required by law.
Security Safeguards
Libation Nation understands the importance of protecting your personal information and takes reasonable measure to protect personal information, including physical, technological and organizational procedures designed to protect the integrity and security, and to ensure appropriate use of said information. However, unencrypted electronically transmitted data is not secure and we make no warranties as to the security of any personal information submitted by users online once it has been received by Libation Nation.
